Isn't it an excuse to say, "This happens to happen"? Unfortunately, it's mostly "again."

When a person fails, it is difficult to accept the failure.

"I just happened to overlook a mistake."

"It just happened that the parts didn't arrive from the manufacturer."

"It happened that I was so busy that day that I didn't have time to review it."

"I happened to leave my wallet on that day only."

"I happened to think that this method would work better, so I did it."

Most people excuse a mistake " by chance " when you make a mistake, most people excuse it "by chance".

I want to convey the meaning of "I rarely do this."

This conversation is typical in Kaizen.

"Let's think about the cause of the mistake."

→ "I just happened to overlook."

→ "Let's remember what we were doing one by one."

・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・ ・

→ "I happened to do something different than usual because I thought it would work."

"again and again".

In other words, what is always happening and what is constantly being done.

If you think about the cause, as in the conversation above, you'll find that it's usually done habitually.

People are doing things comfortably and habitually in their comfort zone.

And I don't want to be disturbed or taken by people

By unconscious work, "accidentally" will be repeated.

"By chance" is an unconscious word that tries to protect the comfort zone.

Most of the "accidental" excuses are "again".
